Hi Kate, sorry to take so long to reply. Yes there is a cost because it is a fund raising activity. A direct donation goes to Project Island Song, which is the organisation restoring the islands in the Bay, and the rest of the profit after we pay for costs goes to support our youth sail training programme. Details of the trip are on www.tucker.co.nz/eco-sail.htm. We have some spare spaces on the next trip. They are really awesome experiences.

Hi Seema,

Thanks for joining the challange. Have a look at the groups section to see if there is a charity you like. You can also put a blog on the home page to let the charities know that you would like to volunteer. By signing up with a charity they can put you forward for the awards and you could win a $5000 volunteering holiday from Intrepid Travel.

Its also a good idea to upload a photo. Have fun and drop us a line fo you have any questions.

Cheers
