Greenpeace is a global campaigning organisation that acts to change attitudes and behaviour, to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace.
Key campaigns are climate, oceans, toxics, nuclear disarmament and forests.
I work for Oxfam in Wellington and will be looking for volunteers to help with Oxfam events etc. But I am also involved in various voluntary social change movements in Wellington. Together with friends I've done things as diverse as meditating for peace, garden working bees, developing viral videos on climate change, old school protests and beach clean ups. Always looking for new, fun ways to encourage more people to wake up to the positive difference they can make in the world.
