"This isn’t going to be the easiest thing you’re going to find to do. You’ll find yourself well out of your comfort zone at times, and all the norms, values, traditions and beliefs that you are so used to will be questioned and stretched. At the same time this is one of the most rewarding things you can ever do in your life. You get to be part of and make a real difference to an underprivileged community and experience what living in a totally different culture is like first hand. How else could you do that? In short, how can you not come out of it a richer person? You meet the most amazing people, do the most amazing things and all in all have an amazing time."
